Tenancy Case No. 02/2024.- Whereas the tenant named below has been found entitled to acquire
ownership rights/intermediary rights of his landlords under Section 21 of the Assam Intemediary Rights
(Temporarily Settled Areas) Tenancy Act, 1971 (Assam Act. XXIII of 1971).
And whereas the said tenant has applied and deposited the compensation under sub-section (1) of
Section 23/(2) of Section 23 of the aforesaid Act.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)/sub-section (2) of Section 23
of the said Act, it is hereby declared that the tenant named in column (1) of the schedule below has acquired
the ownership rights/intermediary rights .... of the landlord's mentioned in column (2) of the schedule free
from all encumbrance with effect from .....
