NOTIFICATION

No. MRQ.25/2025/LA Case No.2/2025/84.- Whereas in the opinion of the Collector of Morigaon, it
is expedient or necessary to acquire land speedily for works in connection with "Mega Industrial Park" at
Duruladubi kissam now therefore, in pursuance of section 9 of Assam Land (Requisition and Acquisition)
Act, 1964 the Collector of Morigaon is pleased to order that the land as per schedule below measuring an area
of 112 Bigha 3 Katha 03 Lessa Periodic Patta land in the village Duruladubi under Uttarkhola Mouza in
Morigaon Revenue Cricle of Morigaon District shall be acquired.
