Subject : Withdrawal of Office Memoranda issued vide No. PPG (P). 196/92/35 dated 12/09/

1996 and No. PPG (P), 196/92/61 dated 06/09/2003.

File No. PPG-11012/9/2025/14 (609016).- After careful consideration of all relevant

aspects, ARTPPG Department, with the approval of the competent authority and in consultation

with the Finance Department, has decided to withdraw both Office Memoranda issued vide No.

PPG(P)196/92/35 dated 12th September, 1996 and No. PPG (P) 196/92/61 dated 6th September,

2003 with immediate effect.

All concerned departments are requested to take note of this withdrawal and act accordingly.
