Section 6 (1) of the Assam Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1964 (Assam Act XV of 1964),

the Governor of Assam is pleased to decided the acquisition with effect from the date of publication

of this notice of the land requistitioned under Section 3 (1) of the saild Act as per schedule below.

measuring an area of 9 Bigha-0 Katha-10 Lecha in village : Parlly, Mouza Chayani in the district of

Kamrup for construction of "Palasbari Sualkuchi Bridge."
