NOTIFICATION

No. GSA.5/88/Pt-IV/139.- In pursuance of the communication from The Ministry of Home

Affairs, The Government of India vide Memo No.7/10/2025 (Part)-M&G dated 25/11/2025 and as

per the direction of The Hon'ble Governor, Assam, it is hereby notified that the name of the Institution

"Raj Bhavan, Assam" has hereby been modified and renamed as "Lok Bhavan, Assam."

Raj Bhavan, Assam shall henceforth be referred to only as "Lok Bhavan, Assam."

This Notification comes into force with immediate effect.
