NOTIFICATION

No.E-730380/38.- In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4 of the Code on

Wages, 2019, the Governor of Assam is pleased to notify Jurisdictional Labour Officers as the Authority

for the purpose of deciding disputes as to whether any work is the same work or work of similar nature

under Section 3 of the said Code, within their respective administrative jurisdictions, with immediate

effect.
