NOTIFICATION

No.E-730380/39.- In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 31(3) of the Code on

Wages, 2019, the Governor of Assam is pleased to appoint all Jurisdictional Assistant Labour

Commissioners and Labour Officers (unattached) as the competent Authority to call upon the employer

to produce the balance sheet before it in case of any dispute regarding the quantum of bonus under

the provisions of Code on Wages, 2019 within their respective administrative jurisdictions, with immediate

effect.
