No. E-175893/LA-16/18/2026-KRA.- It is hereby notified that in pursuance of S.6 (1) of the
Assam Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1964 (Assam Act XV of 1964), the Collector, Kamrup is
pleased to decide the acquisition with effect from the date of publication of this notice of the land requisi-
tioned under S.3 (1) of the said Act as per schedule below, measuring as area of 1B-1K-16.5L in village:
Abhaypur, Mouza-Sila Sinduri Ghopa in the District of Kamrup for the project "Construction of drainage
in North Guwahati for area bounded by LPGNB road on East Side, Gauripur-Rudreswar Road on North
Side, Ghoramara Kolbari-GNRC Road on West Side and Brahmaputra Road on South, Guwahati under
SOPD-G for the year 2024-25, Guwahati."
