along a demarcated line at a bearing of 45° for a distance of 2440 metres (During its course, after traversing
a distance of 1276.75 metres, the line meets the boundary pillar No. 35 of the paharpur Reserved Forest
and continues along in the easterly direction) till it meets the Kumchai Wa Nala, the point No. 2. Thence
along the Kumchai Wa upstream till it meets the south western boundary of the Tirap Reserved Forest, the
point No. 3 situated at boundary pillar No. 6 of the said Reserved Forest. Thence along the same boundary
of the Tirap Reserved Forest, the boundary runs southwards upto point No. 4, situated at the boundary
pillar No. 5 of the Tirap Reserved Forest Thence along the eastern boundary of the same Reserved Forest
to point No. 5 situated at the boundary pillar No. 2 of the Tirap Reserved Forest at the left bank of Tirap
Nadi.
East and South :- Thence along the left bank of Tirap Nadi till it meets its confluence with Khasi Wa,
a prominent stream in that area i.e. point No. 6.
West :- Thence along a demarcated line at a bearing of 289° for a distance of 3028 metres along the
Eastern boundary of the proposed 1st Addition to the Tipong Reserved Forest, till it meets the boundary

Das, the then Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies, North Salmara, Abhayapuri vide show cause
notice No. COOP 322/2018/109 dated 14th October, 2019 for negligence and inefficiency in discharge of
official duties while submitting replies to the petition of Sri Abed Ali Khan, Chairman, Nambarpara Chakla
S. S. Ltd. to the Petition Committee of the Assam Legislative Assembly on 23rd November, 2017 and
communicating the proceedings of Board of Directors of Nambarpara Chakla S. S. Ltd., and
Whereas written statement in defence dated 11th November, 2019 submitted by Shri Dwipen Das
was found not satisfactory, and,
Whereas it was decided to appoint the State Enquiry Officer, Assam as Inquiry Officer to enquire
into the charges framed against Shri Dwipen Das vide order No. COOP 322/2018/147 dated 23rd December,
2019 in exercise of powers conferred under Rule 9(4) of Assam Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rule,
1964, and,
Whereas the State Enquiry Officer submitted her findings vide Letter No. ABE 6/2020/76 dated
29th November, 2021 stating that the enquiry Officer did not find any of the charges framed against the
Delinquent Officer in the Departmental Proceeding now under enquiry to have been proved even remotely
for which the Delinquent Officer deserves exoneration of the charges entirely so framed.
In view of the above, based on the findings of the State Enquiry Officer Departmental Proceeding in
respect of Sri Dwipen Das, the then Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies, North Salmara, Abhayapuri,
initiated vide Notification No. COOP 322/2018/147 dated 23rd December, 2019 is hereby dropped, and
Sri Dwipen Das is exonerated of the charges entirely.

No. SPE.32/2009/15.- In cancellation of this office earlier advertisement issued vide
No.SPE.32/2009/477, dated 16th May, 2017 and in pursuance of the approval received from the Joint
Secretary to the Government of Assam, General Administration Department, Dispur, Guwahati-6
vide letter No.GAG(B).186/2018/165, dated 3rd January, 2022 applications are invited in prescribed
format for filling up of 1 (one) vacant post of "Administrative Officer" in the amalgamated
establishment of the Deputy Commissioner, Sonitpur, Tezpur in the scale of Pay Band-3 of Rs. 22000/
-97000/-+ Grade Pay of Rs.11,500/- per month plus other allowances as admissible as per the provision
of the Assam Service (R.O.P.) Rules, 2017 and amendments thereof under "The Assam Ministerial
District Establishment Service Rules, 1967" as amended.
The applicant must have served at least 15 (fifteen) years of service in any of the Deputy
Commissioner's Establishment in Assam and have working experience in different Branches in general
and in the establishment branch in particular. The applicant must possess Graduate Degree in any
discipline from recognised University in India.
Applications stating age, educational qualification, present and permanent address and
experience in different branches supported by attested copies of certificates, a copy of recent passport
size Photograph alongwith Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) of last 5 (five) consecutive years
should reach the undersigned within 31st January, 2022.
The application should be submitted through proper channel with service particulars via post
or directly to The Deputy Commissioner, Sonitpur, P.O. & P.S. -Tezpur, District-Sonitpur (Assam),
Pin-784001.
No application shall be accepted after the last date. The application sent by post should also
reach the office of the undersigned within fixed date. The undersigned is competent to reject any
incomplete application.
The selection will be made by Government of Assam, General Administration Department as
per Assam Ministerial District Establishment Service Rules, 1967 and the Assam Ministerial District
Establishment Service (Amendment) Rules, 2009.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the journey performed in this connection.
