Panchayat Samabay Samity Ltd. registered under the Assam Coop:Societies Act. 2007 (Act IV of 2012)

bearing registration No. B-206 of 2013-14 dated 7th October, 2013.

Whereas the society has ceased functioning since long and the members have not taken step for its

revival.

Whereas inspection under section 88 (1) of the Assam Coop: Societies Act. (2007) reveals that the

society leaves no scope for its revival and suggests for liquidation.

Marriages & Divorces Registration Act, 1935 and as per provision laid down in Rule 20 and 23 of the Rule

framed under the said Act. During the period of incumbency as Muslim Marriage Registrar, he will not be

allowed to hold any other salaried appointment without permission from the District Registrar. He will be

confirmed after passing the Departmental Examination as provided in Rule 7 of the above Rules. If he fails to

pass the Departmental Examination within 3 (three) years from the date of his appointment on probation, he

shall be removed from his office.
