Grade-II officers who have completed 12(twelve) years of continuous service in APS are allowed to draw

pay in the APS Senior Grade-I (Time Scale of Pay) in Pay Band-d. Rs.30,000-1,10,000/- with Grade Pay

No. AEE 09/2021/84.- In continuation of the publication of draft Gradation List of Lecturers of

DIET, Assam vide Govt Notification No AEE 09/2021/72 dated 12th August, 2021 and after hearing

complaints received from some of the Lecturers of DIET, Assam on 28th December, 2021, 29th December,

2021, 28th January, 2022, 9th February, 2022 & 10th February, 2022 and modification done on the basis

of APSC selection list and subsequent Govt Notifications, the Governor of Assam is pleased to notify the

final Gradation Lists of Lecturer of DIETs, Assam in adherence to the Rule 23 of Assam DIET Service

Rules, 2010 as per the provisions laid down in Rule 21(1,2,3 & 4) of the same.

This stands as the Final Gradation List of the Lecturer of DIET as on April, 2022.

Further claim/objections and prayer for modification regarding inter-se-seniority in the Gradation

List will not be entertained by the Government.

This will come with immediate effect.
