The service shall be governed by the "New Defined Contribution Pension Scheme", 2009 issued

vide Finance Deptt's O.M. BW.7/2008/pt/40 dated 6th October, 2009.

The service is transferable and the incumbent is liable to be posted anywhere as Assistant Engineer

within the State of Assam.

The incumbent posted in the Development Block will submit joining report to the respective Chief

Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad/Project Director, DRDA within 15 (fifteen) days invariably from the date of

issue of this order with copies to the undersigned and concerned Block Development Officer.

No T.A. / D.A. are admissible for joining in the new assignment.

The inter-se-seniority will be fixed as per recommendation of the Assam Public Service Commission

and other existing rules in force.

No. DCTP. 9/76/269.- Whereas it is observed from the records that the Jamuguri Samabay Min

Silpa Samabay Samity registered under the Assam Coop : Societies Act-2007 (Act IV of 2012) bearing

registration No. T-6 of 1970-71 dated 21st April, 1971.

Whereas the society has ceased functioning since long and the members have not taken step for its

revival.

AND

Whereas inspection under Section 88 (1) of the Assam Coop: Societies Act. (2007) reveals that the

society leaves no scope for its revival and suggest for liquidation.

Now, I Sri P. K. Das, Dist. Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Sonitpur, Tezpur is of

opinion that the registration of the society ought to be cancelled.

Therefore, in exercise of power conferred under Section 94 (2) of the Assam Coop: Societies Act.

2007 (Act. IV of 2012), I do hereby cancel the registration of the Society.

Further, in exercise of power conferred under Section 95 Sub Section (1) of the said Act., I do

hereby appoint the liquidator of the Coop: Societies, Tezpur to be the Liquidator of the said society. All

claims against the said Society must be submitted to the liquidator within 30 (thirty) days from publication of

this notice.
