allied products submitted by the Director of Fisheries, Assam vide No AF (S) 15/FSF/2020-21/2934-86

dated 2nd June, 2022 in the light of decisions taken in the meeting held on 27th May, 2022 under the

chairmanship of the Director.

Govt. after examining the proposal is of the view that rate of various breeds of Fish , fish seeds and

other related items assessed by the competent officers of the Department are found to be reasonable and in

conformity with prevailing procedure for such assessment commensurate with market price.

Thus, after careful consideration of all materials in hand , Govt. in Fishery Department is pleased to

notify herewith rate/valuation of various breeds of fish , Fish seeds and allied items for inclusion in Jirat for

assessment of compensation payable in connection with acquisition of land/Fisheries /Water bodies /Beel

etc. under the Department along fish /fish seed etc. at such acquired fisheries/Beels/ Water bodies /Tank etc.

This has approval of the highest competent authority of Govt. in Fishery Department on behalf of the

Hon'ble Governor of Assam and will come into force with immediate effect.
