Utpadak C.S. Ltd. registered under the Assam Coop: Societies Act. 2007 (Act IV of 2012) bearing

registration No. B-7 of 1985-86 dated 4th Ocober, 1986.

Whereas the society has ceased functioning since long and the members have not taken step

for its revival.

AND

Whereas inspection under section 88 (1) of the Assam Coop; Societies Act. (2007) reveals

that the society leaves no scope for its revival and suggests for liquidation.

Now, I Sri P. K. Das, Dist. Deputy Registrar of Coop; Societies, Sonitpur, Tezpur is of opinion

that the registration of the society ought to be cancelled.

Therefore, in exercise of power conferred under section 94 (2) of the Assam Coop: Societies

Act. 2007 (Act. IV of 2012), I do hereby cancel the registration of the society.

Further, in exercise of power conferred under section 95 sub section (1) of the said Act., I do

hereby appoint the liquidator of the Coop: Societies, Tezpur to be the liquidator of the said society.

All claims against the said society must be submitted to the liquidator within 30 (thirty) days from

publication of this notice.
