87/88, Assam Cooperative Societies Act, 2007 (Act. IV of 2013) in to the affairs of Rural

Development Thrift and Credit C.S. Ltd. and whereas has been found that.

The members of the Society are not interested to continue the Society.

The Secretary Sri Hemen Kalita submitted a prayer petition for cancellation of

Registration of the Society.

Now therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under Sub-section 2 of Section 94 of the

Assam Cooperative Societies Act, 2007 (Act, IV of 2013), I Dr. Paresh Saha, DRCS Kamrup do

hereby cancel the registration of Rural Development Thrift and Credit C.S. Ltd. bearing

registration No. R. 415/2016-17 dated 31st March, 2017 with immediate effect.

Further, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 95(1) of the Act. referred above, I

do hereby appoint Smti. Chandana Baishya, Senior Auditor as the Liquidator of Rural

Development Coop. Society Ltd.

All claims against dissolved Rural Development Thrift and Credit C.S. Ltd. must be

submitted to the Liquidator within 2(two) months from the date of publication of this notice.

Thrift and Credit C.S Ltd. Ltd.
