re-engage Sri Bijit Dutta, Chief Engineeer (PHE) Sanitation (Retd.) as Advisor (Technical)

under Public Health Enginerring Department for a period of 1 (one) year with efffect from 1st

November, 2024 to 31st October, 2025, with the usual terms & conditions for the engagement

of retired Government officials to look after the works of Multi Village Scheme of JJM as well

as other town water supply schemes.

The remuneration of the inccmbent will be decided on basis of last pay and allowances

drawn as they have been at the time of superannuation minus pension. Other benefits like GPF,

GIS and other additional allowances will not be admissible to the incumbent. Medical

reimbursement will be allowed as per the rules of the service before the retirement. Other

terms & conditions for engagement in respect of the incumbent will be applicable as per O.M

of personnel Department issued vied No. AAP98/ 2017/30, dtd. 18th July, 2018.

admissibility by the specific Committee as reflected in the OM dated 2^nd September, 2021.

Further it is notified that the during the registration of school in the said portal, the schools

should have complied with the eligibility provisions for recognition/ permission of the School

under the Assam Right of Children to Free and compulsory education rules 2011; The Assam

Non Governmental Educational Instutions (Regulation and management) Act 2006 as Amended

2018; The Assam Non Governmental Educational Instutions (Regulation of Fees) Rules 2020

and shall mandatorily have UDISE (Unified District Information System for Education) code/

number.

d. Review the status of rooftop solar installation in Government Buildings and to monitor

and supervise implementation of the Action Plan for saturation of all government buildings in a

time-bound manner.

e. Facilitate convergence of efforts between Departments at the field level to maximize

impact of awareness , capacity building and rooftop solar installation particularly in existing

beneficiaries of other government schemes.

f. Coordinate with Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India regarding

scheme implementation and to suggest measures to improve scheme implementation in the

State.

The State Implementation Agency (APDCL) for PM- Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana shall

provide the necessary secretarial assistance to the SLCC.
