Service, the Governor of Assam is to appoint the Shri Partha Pratim Baruah, Son of Late Priya Ranjan

Baruah, temporarily and until further orders as Assistant Engineer (PHE) [Civil/ Mechanical/Electrical/

Chemical] under Public Health Engineering Department in the pay scale of Rs.30,00/- to 1,10,00/- (P.B.-

4) with grade pay Rs12,700/- P.M. plus other allowances as admissible under Rule and posted at Ghilamara

PHE Division against the existing vacant post.

The appointment is purely temporary and may be terminated at any time without notice and without

assigning any reason thereof. His service is liable to be transferred to anywhere in Assam including the Hill

Areas/ Autonomous Council Areas.

The appointees joining to State Government Service on or after 1st Feburay, 2005 shall not be

governed by the existing Assam Service (Pension) Rules, 1969 and orders issued there under from time to

time.Their pension and other retirement benefit will be governed by the New Pension Scheme 2005.

He should join in his place of posting within 15 (Fiteen) days from the date of receipt of this notification.

1. In the first instance, it has to be noted that the printing of the weekly Gazette must be completed

by the end of every Tuesday so that it may be duly published on every Wednesday.

2. Every notification and every other matter which is required to be printed and published in

a particular issue of the Official Gazette must, therefore, reach the Director, Assam Government

other matter in the next issue of the Gazette, the expression usually inserted in all endorsements made to the

Director.

3. Wherever it is necessary to print and publish a notification on a specified date (excluding such

Notification or communicate as are to be published in Gazette extraordinary) clear instruction of that effect

must be given to the Director, Assam Government Press, both on the body of such notification within the

indication at the top in the red ink and is a separate covering.

4. To achieve the objective in papers 2 and 3, it is essential that proper discretion should be

exercised by the concerned officers in the Department or office and all matters for publication in the

Gazette should scrutinised and sent to the Press after careful application.

5. As for publication of any matters in a Gazette, Extraordinary, the existing procedure

whereby the prior approval of the General Administration Department is to be obtained will continue.
