mutation order passed by him;

Whereas, departmental proceedings has initiated against the officer and it is ongoing;

Whereas, it has been observed that the charges are grave enough which involve dereliction of duty

and misuse of official power;

Therefore, considering the seriousness of the matter, the Governor of Assam is pleased to extend the

period of suspension in respect of Shri Sunbar Chutia, ALRS (DR-2017) for further period of 3(three)

months with effect from 14th February 2025.
