the provision of F.R. 56(c) of F.R. & S.R. and Finance (Estt.-A) Departments O.M. No. FEG.118/75/Pt/4

dated 12th September, 1984 at his own request. However, he will be liable for payment of any outstanding

liabilities if the Department receives any such record in future.
