constitution, working and financial condition of the Rupaibali C.S. Ltd. under Rule 95(2) made under the

Assam Cooperative Societies Act, 2007 (Act No. IV of 2012) as amended upto Act No. IV of 2019 as

well as in pursuance of Notice issued earlier in this regard that the said Society ought to be dissolved.

Now therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under Sub-Section (2) of Section 94 of the Assam

Cooperative Societies Act, 2007 (Act No. IV of 2012) as amended up to Act No. IV of 2019, I hereby

cancel the Registration of he said Society.

Further, in exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 95 of the Act of 2007, I

to be the Liquidator of the said Society.
