Gaon Panchayat SS Ltd. (New) registered under the Assam Coop: Societies Act, 2007 (Act IV
of 2012) bearing registration No. MGN 02/2012-13, dated 20th July, 2012.
Whereas the society has ceased functioning since long and the members have not taken
step for its revival.
AND
Whereas inspection under section 88 (1) of the Assam Coop: Societies, Act. (2007)
reveals that the Society leaves no scope for its revival and suggests for liquidation.
