College Hostel, involving interns from the University of Oxford, London who were

accommodated at the said facility; and

of the guests accommodated at the Government facility and such conduct has adverse implications

on the image of the Government and its institutions.

Now, therefore, in the interest of detailed enquiry and pending drawal of departmental

proceeding, the said Sri Durlav Bora, District Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Sribhumi

District, Assam is hereby placed under suspension with immediate effect in terms of sub rule

(1) of rule 6 of the Assam Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1964 and he shall remain

under suspension until further orders.

the next issue of the Gazette, the expression usually inserted in all endorsements made to the Director.

3. Wherever it is necessary to print and publish a notification on a specified date (excluding such

Notification or communicate as are to be published in Gazette extraordinary) clear instruction of that effect

must be given to the Director, Assam Government Press, both on the body of such notification within the

indication at the top in the red ink and is a separate covering.

4. To achieve the objective in papers 2 and 3, it is essential that proper discretion should be

exercised by the concerned officers in the Department or office and all matters for publication in the

Gazette should scrutinised and sent to the Press after careful application.

5. As for publication of any matters in a Gazette, Extraordinary, the existing procedure whereby the

prior approval of the General Administration Department is to be obtained will continue.
