Whereas, considering the seriousness of the charges, the period of suspension of Sri

588618/35 dated 10th April, 2025.

Whereas, based on the draft charges, statement of allegations and other relevant documents

as witnesses gainst Sri Paresh Kumar Sahu, Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies,

Darrang, Mangaldoi (U/S), show cause notice has been issued vide No. E-588618/46 dated

27th May, 2025 and based on the recommendation of the Review Committee, it has been

decided by the Disciplinary Authority that re-instatement at this stage may not be in the public

interest;

Now, threfore, the Governor of Assam is pleased to extend the period of suspension in

respect of Sri Paresh Kumar Sahu, Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Darrang,

Mangaldoi (U/S) for another period of (three) months with effect from 3rd June, 2025 or until
