Dhanbona Udyog S.S Ltd. registered under the Assam Coop: Societies Act, 2007 (Act. IV of

2012) bearing registration No. N(E) 63/1960-61, dated 24th July, 1961.

Whereas the society has ceased functioning since long and the members have not taken

step for its revival.
