eCF. No. Soil:- 505404/277.- With a view to bring about a reform in the State Public

Sector, it is hereby notified that the Assam Plantation Crops Development Corporation Ltd. a

State Government Undertaking under the Administrative Control of Soil Conservation

Department has been decided by the State Government to be closed with effect from 31st

October, 2025.

Managing Director of Assam Plantation Crops Development Corporation Ltd. shall ensure

that all statutory procedures for closure and application to Ministry of Corporate Affairs for

Striking off the name of the Company from Registrar of Companies as per provision of

Companies Act. 2013 are complied with.

The assets of the Corporation will however remain under the custody of APDCL Ltd. till

its disposal as recommended by Hon'ble Cabinet in its meeting held on 27th August, 2025.

The employees of the Corporation will be released with effect from 31st October, 2025.
