S.O. 5(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1,962)

read with notification No. 33/94-Cus (NT) dated 1-7-1994 of the Government of India Ministry of Finance, Department

of Revenue, Neiv Delhi, I hereby declare "JAYALAKSHMTPURAM, MAYSORE, MYSORE DISTRICT" in the

State of KARNATAKA to be a Warehousing Station under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) for the

limited purpose of setting up of 100% Export Oriented Units approved by Government of India, Ministry of Industry,

Department of Industrial Approvals, New Delhi.
