j n e x e r c j s e of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Recovery of

Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993) the Central

Government hereby establishes the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) at the

place mentioned in column (2) of the Table below, to exercise jurisdiction within the area

specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table w.e.f.
