New Delhi, the 6th December, 2000

S. O.9(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-sections (1) and (3) of Section 5D of the

Cinematograph Act, 1952 (37 of 1952) read with rule 43

of the Cinematograph (Certification) Rules, 1983, the

Central Government hereby appoints Ms. Shikha Roy

Pabbi, D-6, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi-110044 and Shri

N. Thippanna, 1st Cross, Gandhinagar, Bellary-583103

as Members of the Film Certification Appellate Tribunal,

for a period of three years from the date of publication of

this notification in the Official Gazette or until further

orders, whichever is earlier, vice Ms. Manju Mohan and

Shri P. Narasimha Reddy, whose terms as Member of the

Tribunal have since expired.
