NOTIFICATION

S. O. 11 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the

Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the

Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Co-operation) number SO. 79(E), dated the 3rd February,

1997, namely :—

In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and eAtries

shall be substituted, namely :—

"1. Dr. C.R. Hazra,

Agriculture Commissioner,

Department of Agriculture and Co-operation,

New Delhi.

Chairman".

2. He shall hold the office as long as he holds the office of the Member, Central Insecticides Board.
