of India, in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry

(Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) No. S.O

2(E) dated the 1st January, 2001, published in the Gazette

of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)

dated the 1st January, 2001, in the opening paragraph of

English version, in line 2, for the words, brackets, figure

and letter "sub-section (2B)" read "sub-section (2A)".
