New Delhi, the 17th Januray/2001

S.O. Sl(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Agricultural and Pro-

cessed Food Products Export Cess Act, 1985 (3 of 1986), the Central Government hereby specifies 0% (zero per cent)

ad valoram as the rate of cess on export of all Scheduled products by the Export Oriented Units and the Units in the

Export Processing Zones and Special Economic Zones, with immediate effect.
