G.S.R. 27(E).—In exercise of the powers coirferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 124, read with Sub-section (i)

of Section 132 of the Major Ports Trust Act, 1%3 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the Tulicorin

Port Trust Employees' (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulation, 2001 made by the Board of

Trustees for the Port of Tuticorin Port Trust and set out in the schedule annexed to tins notification.

TUTICORIN PORT TRUST EMPLOYEES (RECRUITMENT, SENIORITY AND PROMOTION)

AMENDMENT REGULATIONS, 2000

In exercise of the poweis conferred by Section 2S of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963). the Board of

Trustees of the Tutieorin Port hereby makes the following Regulations further to amend the Tuticorin Port Trust Em-

ployees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations 1079, under Section 124, tbid, namely :—-

(1) (i) These Regulations may be called the Tulicorin Port frust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and

Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2001.

(ii) They shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the Gazette of India.

(2) In the Schedule to Hie Tuticorin Porl Trust Employee!; (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regula-
