NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 24lh January, 2001

No. l/2001-CUSTOMS (NT)

S.O. 71 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of

1962), the Central Government hereby makes the

following further amendment in the notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Finance,

Department of Revenue, No. 62/94-Customs (NT), dated

the 21st November, 1994, namely:—

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial

number 10 relating to the State of Tamil Nadu, against

item number (2) occurring in column (3) relating to

Ennorc, in column (4), for the entries, the following entries

shall be substituted, namely:—

"Unloading of imported goods and loading of export

goods or any class of such goods."
