CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 18th January. 2001

Subject:—Anti-dumping investigations concerning imports of Potassium Permanganate from China, Hong Kong

and Taiwan-Preliminary Findings.

No. 46/1/2000-DGAD.—The Designated Authority, having regard to the Customs Act, 1975 as amended in 1995

and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Antidumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for

Determination of Injury) Rule, 1995, hereby makes the following clarification in the Preliminary Findings notified vide

Notification No. 46/1/2000-DGAD dated 30th December. 2000.

Para 6 under Para E of the Preliminary Findings shall read as follows:

"The product under consideration in the present investigation is Potassium Permanganate which is an inorganic

chemical

The chemical formula of Potassium Permanganate is KMnO4."
