Mumbai, the 22nd January, 2001

No. 17/TDRO/9/4.—In exercise of powers conferred on me under Clause 9 of the Textiles (Development &

Regulation) Order, 1993, an order issued under Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955,1 hereby repeal with

immediate effect the following notifications which were issued in connection with the marking of Ex-Factory price

including excise duty and maximum retail sale price, on cotton/non-cotton yarn,

(a) Notification No. 7-TDRO/9/2 dated 26th December, 1995, as amended by Notification No. ll-TDRO/9/3

dated 28th March, 1996
