S.O. 77(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by Notification No 3.V94-CUS(NT) dated 1-7-1994 of

the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department

of Revenue, New Delhi, I hereby declare Village Dashrath,

Taluka Vadodara, Distt Vadodara, in the State of Gujarat

to be a warehousing station under section 9 of the Customs

Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
