New Delhi, the 30th January, 2001

G. S. R 43(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (4) of

Clause 8 of the

Petroleum Products (Maintenance of

Production, Storage and Supply) Order, 1999, the

Central Government hereby nominates the Executive

Director, Oil Coordination Committee, Scope Complex,

Lodhi Road, New Delhi, established by the Ministry of

Petroleum and Natural Gas as the authority to whom the

requisite information under sub-clause (4) of Clause (8)

of the said Order shall be furnished
