section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board oflndia Act, 1992(15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes

the following further amendment in the notification of the Government oflndia, in the Ministry of Finance, D;p:m-

ment of Economic Affaris, number 195(E) published in the Gazette oflndia, Extraordinary, Part-JI, Section 3 sub-

section (li) dated the 9th March, 1992, namely •—

In the said notification, for the letters and words "Dr. RL. Sanjcev Reddy", the words and letter "Sliri V.

Govindarajan" shall be substituted.
