2001, published earlier regarding convening of a General

Meeting of the shareholders of the State Bank of Mysore,

on Friday, the 9th February, 2001 at 11.00 a.m. at

Woodlands Hotel Pvt. Ltd., 5,RajaRammohanRoyRoad,

Bangalore-560025. for the purpose of electing two persons

to be Directors on the Board of the Bank in pursuance of

Section 25(1) (d) of the Slate Bank of India (Subsidiary

Banks) Act, 1959, notice is hereby given that I have accepted,
