(Reservation of Articles for Production ) Act, 1985 (22 of 1985) read with rule 3

of the Handlooms (Reservation of Articles for Production) Rules, 1986 and in

supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of

Textiles S.O. Number 1240 published in the Gazette of India, part II, Section 3

Sub Section (ii) dated the 22^nd April, 1997 and S,CX Number 1890 published in

the Gazette of India, part II, Section 3 Sub Section (ii) dated the 21* July, 1997,

except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession,

the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Committee with the
