Major Ports (Transaction of Business) Regulation 1998, the Authority hereby delegates all its powers in respect of processing

of a case or proposal to the Chairman, Tariff Authority for Major Ports, provided the Authority has not specifically required

any case or proposal to be dealt with differently.
