G.S.R. 97(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12 of the Smugglers andForeign

Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (13 of 1976), the Central Government hereby makes the following

further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and

Banking) No G.S.R 3 (E), dated the 3rd January, 1977, namely :—

In the said notification, for the letters and word "Smt. K. Shukla", the words and letters "Shri A.M. Prasad" shall

be substituted.
