;ind S. No. 12 of Appendix-1 to Schedule 2 in the book titled "ITCfHS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1997—

2002' specifying the terms and conditions for export of items indicated therein.

1 n exercise of the powers conferred under para 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997—2002, the following

rimendnicnts may be made in the Public Notice No. 48 (RE-2000)/1997—2002 dated 15 th December, 2000 :—

I n Para 2(i) of the above Public Notice the following agencies may be added after (c) for allocation of wheat for

export :—

(d) National Cooperative Consumers' Federation of India Ltd. (NCCF)

NCCF will be allowed 50,000 M.T. and NAFED 1.00 lakhMT. 's of wheat for export within the overall ceiling of 20

Uikh M. T. of wheat released for export vide the above Public Notice No, 48 dated 15th December, 2000.

The other conditions of Public Notice No. 48 dated 15-12-2000 will be applicable equally in respect of exports by

Ihcsc agencies also.

Tliis issues in public interest.
