NOTIFICATION

S. 0.156 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred

by Sub-section (4) of Section 4 of the Agricultural and

Processed Food Products Export Development Authority

Art, 1985 (2 of 1986), read with rule 3 of the Agricultural

and Processed Food Products Export Development

Authority Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby

makes the following amendments in the notification of

the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of

Commerce bearing S,O. No. 288(E) dated 26th April,

1999, namely :—

1. In the said notification, for serial number 6 and

the entries relating thereto, the following shall be

substituted, namely :—

"6. Shri Sukhdev Singh Libra, Member
