NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th February, 2001

S.O.164(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (I) of Section 4 of the Bureau of Indian

Standards Act, 1986 (63 of 1986) read with sub-rules (2)

and (3) of rule 6 of Ihe Bureau of Indian Standards Rules,

1987, the Bureau of Indian Standards, with the prior ap-

proval of the Central Government, hereby appoints the

following person as member of the Executive Committee

of the Bureau and for that purpose makes the following

amendment in the notification of the Bureau of Indian

Standards number S.O. 801 (E), dated the 5th September.

2000, namely:—

In the said notification, in serial number (14), lor

the words

"Prof. Prem Vrat¹', the words "Prof. R.S. Sirohi"

shall be substituted.
