S.O.175(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

under Notification No. 33/94—CUS (N.T.) dated 1st July,

1994 of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance,

Department of Revenue, New Delhi, the village

"MANAVASI, KULITHALAI TALUK, KARUR DIS-

TRICT' is hereby declared to be a warehousing station

under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 for the limited

purpose of setting up of 100% Export Oriented Unit ap-

proved by the Government of India, Ministry of Com-

merce, Madras Export Processing Zone, Chennai.
