New Delhi, the 28th February, 2001

S.O. 180 (E).—In continuation of this Ministry's

Notification of even No. dt. 11/12-12-2000 and in exer-

cise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (3) of Sec-

tion 3 of the Inland Waterways Authority of India Act.

1985 (82 of 1985) the Central Government assigns the

additional charge of Member (Finance) in IWAI to Shri

A.K. Rastogi, IAS (TN-68). Vice Chairman in Inland

Waterways Authority of India, in addition to his own du-

ties, until further orders.
