NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th February, 2001
S.0.181(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of
the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after
consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following
further
amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:-
In the said Second Schedule, under the heading "KARNATAKA" against
serial number 7B relating to Gulbarga University, in column 4, for the entry, the entry
"from 1990 onwards" shall be substituted.
