New Delhi, the 13th March, 2001

G.S.R. 176(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6) of Section 3 of

The Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints Director (PHRD), Ministry of

Shipping on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Kandla vice Director (Development) as a trustee and makes the following

amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing)

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th March, 2001

G.S.R 177(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6) of Section 3 of

the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints Joint Secretary (Shipping), Ministry

of Shipping on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Mumbai vice Joint Secretary (Ports) as a trustee and makes the following

amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing)

G.SR. No. 277(E) dated 31-3-2000

2. In the said notification against the Serial No. 7 for the words "Joint Secretary (Ports), Ministry of Surface

Transport", the words "Joint Secretary (Shipping), Ministry of Shipping" shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 178(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6) of Section 3 of

the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints Additional Secretary & Financial

Advisor, Ministry of Shipping as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust vice

Director (Port Development) as a Trustee and makes the following amendment in the corrigendum notification of the

Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport (Ports Wing) G. S.R. No 771 (E) dated 15-11 -99

2. In the third line of the 2nd para, the words "Director (Port Development)" shall be substituted by the words

"Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Shipping".
