NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23th November, 2001

S.O.1155(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60

of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the

following further amendment in the Notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Personnel, Public

Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and

Training) S.O. No. 266 (E) dated the 24th March, 2001,

read with S.O. No. 696 (E) dated 23rd July, 2001 namely:—

In paragraph 3 of the said Notification, for the words,

"within a period of eight months", the words "within a

period of twelve months" shall be substituted.
